Refund Policy

All sales are final — no refunds

Any payment received for Luanode is final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made, we do not provide refunds, returns, cancellations, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including (without limitation):

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the payment is non-refundable.

Why

Luanode is digital software. Access and your license are delivered to you immediately and cannot be returned, so all sales are final. We strongly encourage you to evaluate Luanode during any free or trial period before purchasing, so you know it fits your needs.

During the free beta

While Luanode is offered free of charge (for example, the invite-only beta), there is no payment — and therefore nothing to refund. This policy applies to any paid purchase, now or in the future.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot legally be waived. In particular, where applicable:

Where such mandatory law applies and gives you a remedy that cannot be excluded, this policy does not override it. If you believe the software is defective or materially not as described, contact us at Support@luanode.com and we'll work with you in line with the applicable law.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first if you have a problem. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in immediate and permanent termination of your license.
