The agreement for using the Luanode app, the Studio plugin, and your license.

By downloading, installing, or using Luanode (the desktop app, the Roblox Studio plugin, the license server, and this website, together the "Software"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Software.
Luanode is beta software. It may contain bugs, change without notice, lose data, or stop working. It is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Back up your work. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code Luanode generates before you ship it in a real experience.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for building Roblox experiences, subject to these Terms and your license tier. The Software is licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute it, resell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it (except where that right can't be excluded by law), or remove its license checks.
Licensed builds verify your license with our server (see the Privacy Policy for what's sent). Your license is tied to your machine and is for your use only — sharing keys or circumventing the check-in is a breach of these Terms and may result in your license being revoked. If the license server is unreachable, the app continues to work for a short grace period before it must re-verify.
The AI assistant and AI planner are optional and require an API key from a provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, or a local model). You are responsible for that key, any usage costs the provider charges, and for complying with the provider's terms. When you use AI features, your prompts and code are sent to that provider. AI output is generated automatically, may be wrong or insecure, and is not reviewed by us — you must verify it before use.
Your projects and the code you create with Luanode are yours. When you publish that code to Roblox, you are solely responsible for complying with the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards. Luanode is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
All payments for the Software are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges once a payment is received, for any reason, except where a non-excludable right under applicable consumer law requires otherwise. The full terms — including your statutory rights — are in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luanode and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Software. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Software in the 12 months before the claim (and may be zero during a free beta).
You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms or misuse the Software. On termination, your right to use the Software ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business. (Jurisdiction to be finalised before public launch.)
We may update these Terms; we'll note the date at the top. Continuing to use Luanode after a change means you accept the new Terms. Questions? Email Support@luanode.com.
